How to make your Windows Vista Desktop look like MAC OSX

This really simple. I have made a video on how to do this, but that included other complicated things that might even mess up your computer. If you want to make your desktop look like the Vista operating system all you have to do is change the themes by going to your desktop and rightclicking, then choose properties and change the theme to Windows Vista and you should be set.
